Before Going: 出発前
A: We will go to the Tulip Festival in Holland.
B: Oh, really? Sounds fun! When will you go? (Hint 1)
A: We’re going to go this weekend. (Hint 2)
B: Okay, have fun! / Have a fun trip! / Have a safe trip! (Hint 3)
A: ホーランドのチューリップフェスティバルへ行ってくるわ。
B: 本当に？ 楽しそうね！いつ行くの？(ヒント１)
A: 今週末に行くつもりよ 。(ヒント２)
B: そう、楽しんでね！ / 楽しい旅行を！ / 気をつけてね！ (ヒント３)
After Coming Back: 帰宅後
A: Hi, welcome back! How was the Tulip Festival? (Hint 4)
B: It was great! We enjoyed looking at the Tulips. (Hint 5)
A: Oh, I’m glad to hear that! How about the weather? (Hint 4)
B: It was raining the whole time.
A: Oh, I’m sorry to hear that.
B: It’s okay. The tulips were beautiful.
A: おかえりなさい！チューリップフェスティバルはどうだった？ (ヒント４)

Hint 1: ‘Sounds fun’ is when someone is talking about something fun. ‘Looks fun’ is used when you see something fun.
Hint 2: ‘This weekend’ means ‘konshushumatsu.’ ‘Next weekend’ is the following week’s weekend.
Hint 3: If you use a noun (ie. trip) then you need to say the ‘a’: ‘Have a fun trip.’
Hint 4: Don’t say “How about the Tulip Festival” if you are just starting the conversation. It’s used as a follow-up question.
Hint 5: Don’t say “We enjoyed.” If you use ‘enjoy,’ you need to use an object: “We enjoyed it.” “We enjoyed the tulips.” “We enjoyed looking at the tulips.”
ヒント 1: ‘Sounds fun’は、誰かが何か楽しいことを話してる時に使います。 ‘Looks fun’ は楽しいものを見てる時に使います。
